CICM carries out the duties of a shipping agent ( forwarding agent ) and acts as a representative of the owners of ships which call in the Moroccan seaports.
This mission consists in:
- Accomplishing the formalities related to the entrance and departure of the ship in the seaport.
- Taking care of the ship during its call ( bunkers, supplies, displacement of crew members)
- Receiving un loaded goods , and goods which are to be loaded.
- Minimizing the duration of the ship’s stop in the seaport.
